Anthony Spaeth is a graduate of The University of Texas Plan II Honors Program and The University of Texas School of Law. His practice focuses on construction litigation, commercial litigation, and catastrophic personal injury defense. He is board certified in Texas for construction law.
ABSTRACT : The discovery of an expert's file is sometimes hotly contested. Must every email be produced? Each text? And if the expert is purely a "consulting expert", what exactly does that mean for the photos she took? According to more than one authority, an unknown consulting expert can become a discoverable fact witness. Do you know how?
