Speaker: F. Keith Bohren, P.E., Senior Field Engineer - Simpson Strong-Tie

Keith Bohren is a Simpson Strong-Tie ICI (Infrastructure Commercial Industrial) Field Engineer managing a territory consisting of Texas. Keith specializes in the technical aspects, Code compliance, and installations of post-installed anchor and RPS (concrete restoration, protection and strengthening) product lines. Keith's main focus is educating Structural Engineers and Jurisdictions as well as assisting with construction challenges. Keith has been with Simpson Strong-Tie since 2007 and prior to that worked for a Structural Engineering Consulting firm in the Seattle, WA area.

PRESENTATION SUMMARY

This presentation highlighted the proper use, design, testing and installation of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) systems for strengthening or protecting concrete members.
