BS Mechanical Engineering, Texas A&M University, 1982. Owner of Harris Engineering Real Estate Inspections, inc. since 1988 (TX F-7281). Main business is structural and MEP property inspections for buyers and owners of residential and commercial properties. Have been crawling under houses and inspecting crawl spaces for the last 30 years.
ABSTRACT : Discussion of building science with respect to crawl spaces in southeast Texas. Topics include drainage, ventilation, wood rot, moisture and humidity sources, insulation, and building codes.
