Mr. David A. Eastwood, P.E., President of Geotech Engineering and Testing discussed "Foundation Repair Techniques for Lightly Loaded Foundations in Texas".  Mr. Eastwood's presentation discussed foundation repair techniques, including, but not limited to the following; underpinning, foundation lifting, chemical stabilization, moisture root barriers, foundation watering system, drainage and repair combinations.
